Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. operates TJ Maxx stores nationwide, including the Stillwater, OK location. This role supports receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring a positive customer experience and a clean, organized store environment.

You will train Associates and help maintain the store’s visual and operational guidelines. We seek individuals with retail exposure, leadership potential, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to train others.
• Flexible schedule incl. nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently as a team.
• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor productivity and coach the team as needed.
