Job summary

Rose International is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator in Reynoldsburg, OH to support category strategies and data governance. The role focuses on data entry, SKU governance, and coordinating with Merchandising, Product Development, Planning and Sourcing to ensure timely, accurate product information.

This hybrid, on-site role requires 1–3 years in brand development or retail management, proficiency in MS Office, and a high school diploma; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related work experience in brand development, merchandise buying, and/or retail management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Centric system (or ability to learn quickly)
• SKU management experience

Responsibilities

• Own the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of product data within the Lifecycle Management system, ensuring product records, attributes, SKUs, and key milestones are completed on time and meet data governance standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, Planning, Sourcing, and Marketing to gather information, manage product updates, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure accurate information flows to downstream systems and processes.
• Sample management including unboxing, organization, gathering, and setup/rankings of samples from leadership offices and DC/mailroom.
• Assist in key meeting prep with sample availability, style rankings, deck preparation, and ad hoc requests.
• Research the competition: understanding other retailers’ assortment, pricing, and promotions strategy.
• Help manage seasonal assortment plans and SKU item costing, packout, article setup, and maintenance.
