We are seeking a highly organized Merchandise Coordinator to support fragrance merchandising initiatives, product launches, and day-to-day assortment management. This role partners closely with brand contacts, Merchants, and cross-functional teams to ensure product information, creative assets, samples, reporting, and launch deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with business priorities.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with brands and the Merchant team to coordinate deliverables, timelines, product information, and assets for new product launches.
- Manage product and asset updates, helping optimize the customer experience and support merchandising objectives.
- Support creative review processes for an assigned brand portfolio and help ensure products are represented accurately across channels and customer-facing materials.
- Maintain product assortments through data entry, product setup, updates, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly cross-functional reports and provide reporting support to Merchants to monitor business performance and strengthen brand relationships.
- Request, organize, and track product samples and complimentary items for cross-functional projects and business needs.
- Provide administrative support to the Merchant team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.
- Build productive relationships with brand partners and internal stakeholders by clearly communicating priorities, status updates, and next steps.
- Manage multiple projects, launches, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, data quality, and ways of working across the business.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, beauty, or a related field; beauty industry experience is preferred.
- College degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing projects, launches, and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate product, asset, and reporting information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across brands and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced comfort with Excel, including organizing, reviewing, and working with large data sets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to recognize opportunities for operational and process improvements.
