Job summary

InfoStride is seeking a Senior Merchandise Coordinator to oversee production, inventory, and order flow across our apparel and fashion lines. You will coordinate merchandise production, track schedules, and work with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You should have 5–7 years of experience in merchandising, production, or operations and strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in merchandising, production, inventory or operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.
• Apparel, fashion, retail, e-commerce, or consumer products experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production and inventory processes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
