Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to ensure products flow smoothly, data stays clean, and vendors stay aligned.

You’ll influence margin, inventory health, and customer experience across stores by supporting buyers, managing orders, and maintaining data integrity. You will partner with stores daily, handle PO and logistics coordination, track global orders, and resolve vendor discrepancies in collaboration with Accounting.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in merchandising, buying, purchasing, or operations.
  • 1–4 years of experience supporting products, vendors, or accounts in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets, PO systems, and operational reporting.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized without losing accuracy.
  • Clear, confident communication with stores, vendors, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Partner daily with stores to support product questions, resolve issues, and turn field feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Support an assigned Buyer and product group by managing financial performance, product setup, and ongoing operational needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships end to end, including purchase orders, logistics coordination, discrepancies, and documentation accuracy.
  • Own SKU setup and data integrity—ensuring costs, retails, collections, and system uploads are accurate and current.
  • Track domestic and international orders, including new store openings, replenishment, special orders, and opportunity buys.
  • Research and reconciling invoice and receiving discrepancies while coordinating with Accounting to resolve vendor payment issues.
