Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Supports operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs.

  • Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
  • Promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
  • Process customer purchases/returns accurately and give correct change
  • Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs
  • Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
  • Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Provide and accept feedback positively
  • Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Support shrink reduction initiatives
  • Maintain safety standards and awareness
  • Perform other duties as assigned
