Responsibilities:

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Support operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Model excellent customer service practices.
• Promote a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Handle transactions accurately, including ringing purchases and returns, and managing cash.
• Encourage credit and loyalty program participation.
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Participate in store recovery and maintenance activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store.
• Provide and accept feedback, supporting a constructive work environment.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Contribute to shrink reduction efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
