Starting Pay Rate: $13.50

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

Summary:
This position assists in all operational aspects of the Merchandise Department on an ongoing basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Meet and greet each guest
2. Open and close assigned merchandise locations
3. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of facilities and grounds
4. Ensure work area is safe for staff and guests
5. Operate point of sale equipment as required
6. Maintain inventory levels in assigned location to prevent out of stock situations
7. Complete merchandise transfer paperwork
8. Maintain stock organization on all back stock areas
9. Maintain highest level of guest satisfaction
10. Maintain point of purchase displays at assigned locations

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Must be sixteen (16) years of age or older

Ability to work Monday through Friday

Ability to operate basic office equipment

Education and/or Experience:

Prior retail experience desirable

Prior cash handling experience desirable

Experience working independently

Experience working courteously with the public

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
