Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

1. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
2. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change according to procedures.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs.
5. Maintain merchandising standards and follow established procedures.
6. Prepare merchandise for sale following company standards.
7. Participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts.
8. Support store safety and loss prevention initiatives.
9. Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
