Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Participating in hiring, training, and developing store associates as delegated
• Supporting all store functions and daily activities as directed
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Protecting company assets, including cash, and adhering to policies and safety guidelines
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors
• Ensuring store standards for cleanliness and organization
• Providing supervisory oversight for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent
• Processing corporate directives and communications related to store activities
• Managing receipt and return of DSD merchandise following VIP and DSD policies
• Assisting in freight management, stock ordering, and merchandising
• Planning and maintaining sales-effective displays and floor layouts
• Contributing to achieving productivity standards

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment
