Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Assisting with all store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing company assets, including cash.
• Adhering to all policies, safety guidelines, and maintaining a professional environment.
• Maintaining store areas to company standards, including recovery and organization.
• Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and store communications.
• Managing freight flow, ordering, stocking, and maintaining the sales floor and stockroom.
• Planning and implementing sales strategies and merchandising plans.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
