Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Follow all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment for customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Keep all areas of the store, including the stockroom and sales floor, organized and clean.
• When the Store Manager is not present, have supervisory responsibility over hourly associates.
• Process all corporate directives and store communications as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Assist with receipt and return of merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Help manage freight flow and stock organization.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Assist in ordering, stocking, and maintaining merchandise, including frozen and refrigerated items.
• Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective daily and plan merchandising strategies.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
