Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates
• Performing all store functions and daily activities as directed
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Protecting company assets and adhering to safety policies
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors
• Keeping store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards
• Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent
• Processing corporate directives and store communications
• Assisting with receipt and return of merchandise, managing freight flow, and stock organization
• Ensuring sales floor effectiveness and product placement

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
