Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist with all store functions and day-to-day store activities as directed by the Store Manager.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
3. Assist in protecting and securing all company assets, including store cash.
4. Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
5. Maintain a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
6. Maintain store areas to company standards, including recovery of stockroom and sales floor.
7. When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly Associates.
8. Process all corporate directives and store communications delegated by the Store Manager.
9. Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
10. Support freight management and meet productivity standards.
11. Assist in ordering, stocking, and organizing merchandise, including refrigerated items.
12. Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective daily and assist in planning and merchandising activities.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Preferred prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
