Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment with customers, team members, and supervisors.
• Keep all store areas, including the stockroom and sales floor, organized and clean to company standards.
• When the Store Manager is not present, oversee hourly Associates' activities.
• Process all corporate directives and store communications as delegated.
• Assist with receiving and returning DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Support freight flow management.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Assist with ordering and stocking merchandise, including frozen and refrigerated items.
• Help maintain stockroom organization.
• Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective daily.
• Assist with planning and maintaining merchandising displays like Clip Strips and Power Panels.
• Support the planning and implementation of monthly Sales Planners.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and transport merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
