Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Supporting the hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing all store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Handling opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting company assets, including store cash.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Ensuring all areas of the store meet company standards, including recovery and stockroom organization.
• Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and store communications.
• Managing freight flow and merchandise receipt and return processes.
• Maintaining stock levels, organization, and sales floor effectiveness.
• Assisting with merchandising, planning, and implementing sales strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-energy team environment.
