Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Help with hiring, training, and developing store associates as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
• Maintain a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Ensure store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, meet company standards.
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly associates.
• Process store directives and communicate related activities.
• Assist with receipt and return of merchandise, following company policies.
• Manage freight flow and stock organization.
• Assist in ordering and stocking merchandise, including refrigerated items.
• Maintain sales-effective displays and plan monthly sales strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
