Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
2. Helping with hiring, training, and developing store associates as delegated.
3. Supporting all store functions and daily activities.
4. Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
5. Protecting and securing company assets, including cash.
6. Maintaining safety policies and a professional environment.
7. Keeping the store, stockroom, and sales floor to company standards, including recovery.
8. Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
9. Processing corporate directives and store communications.
10. Managing freight flow and merchandise stocking, including frozen and refrigerated items.
11. Maintaining stockroom organization and ensuring the sales floor is sales-effective daily.
12. Planning and maintaining merchandising displays and sales plans.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
