Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Participating in hiring, training, and developing store associates
• Supporting store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Protecting and securing all company assets, including cash
• Adhering to policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors
• Keeping all store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, in company-standard condition
• Providing supervisory oversight for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent
• Processing corporate directives and store communications
• Managing receipt and return of merchandise, including DSD merchandise following VIP and DSD policies
• Assisting in freight management, stock replenishment, and organization
• Ensuring the sales floor is sales-effective daily and planning merchandising strategies

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prefer prior retail and management experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
