Responsibilities

• Maintain product information and ensure styles are live on the website in a timely fashion.
• Open POs, review with buyer, take measurements and pass to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for samples and approvals.
• Provide brand creative with requested samples and update product information in systems.
• Review and correct site copy and style details; ensure timely delivery with buying operations.
• Act as liaison between vendor and buyer; handle inquiries on shipping, logistics or payment.
