From everyday needs to special occasions, members rely on you, their mini tour guide, to help them find that special product. Your tasks may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. What you'll do:

• Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with technology, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services.
• Maintain facility safety and follow safety procedures, including handling hazardous materials and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, proper zoning, stocking, and product displays according to policies.
• Monitor product quality, rotation, and sanitation standards.
• Follow company policies and ethics, and implement related action plans.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with team members, prioritizing tasks, and communicating progress.
• Assist with filling and staging club pick-up orders according to company policies.
