Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr
Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they need, including everyday items and special occasions. Depending on the shift, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders or helping members while stocking shelves. It is a physically demanding fast‑paced job that can feel like a workout—be part of a team dedicated to making sure members find what they love for less.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, offering guidance, and supporting self‑service technology; assists with purchasing decisions; locates merchandise; resolves member issues and promotes company products.
Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous material procedures, adhering to steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning, stocking, arranging, organizing displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, identifying shrink, and securing fragile items.
Monitors product quality by ensuring proper rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, and the prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, and implements related action plans.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers and co‑workers, communicating progress, and adapting to change.
Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and selecting products according to company policy.

Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $23.00*
Additional compensation: premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.
