Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of software engineering or related technical experience.
- Strong experience with one or more programming languages, frameworks, and modern development practices.
- Experience building, testing, and supporting scalable applications and services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, and DevOps concepts.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and code review processes.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools, generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, or intelligent automation capabilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions across applications, APIs, and data layers.
- Build scalable, maintainable, secure, and resilient code following engineering standards and best practices.
- Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, improve testing coverage, enhance troubleshooting, and streamline documentation activities.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, solution refinement, and architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and team members to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and environment issues across the software lifecycle.
- Participate in performance optimization, scalability improvements, and operational stability initiatives.
- Conduct code reviews and consider improving engineering practices, standards, and automation capabilities.
- Partner cross-functionally with QA, infrastructure, security, data, and business teams to support solution delivery.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI enablement, simplification, and process improvement.
