Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Business Analyst to develop and maintain vendor dashboards that track financial performance and category performance. You will enable the merchandising group to review data for informed decision-making and lead standardized reporting, processes, and information systems solutions.

This role oversees the front-end of the project lifecycle, ensuring well-defined business needs and requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 18+ years old; legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead all phases of a project life cycle from feasibility to implementation.
• Serve as liaison between merchandising and finance by facilitating meetings.
• Mentor other analysts to develop business knowledge and analytical skills.
• Act as a subject matter expert performing research and analysis within projects.
• Multi-task across 2–4 projects simultaneously and drive process improvements.
• Establish and report on metrics to gauge business value.
