As a CHHA, you will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow individualized care plans. A valid New Jersey CHHA license is required; driver’s license is preferred.

• Must pass background check and health screening

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
