Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and improving clients’ quality of life. Responsibilities

• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
