Earn Up to $15,000 Signing Bonus

Signing Bonus

This is how you can earn up to $15,000 in signing bonus, paid out after six months of employment. The bonus depends on your performance over this period:

  • Sell an average of 8 vehicles/month for 6 months: $2,500
  • Sell an average of 10 vehicles/month for 6 months: $5,000
  • Sell an average of 12 vehicles/month for 6 months: $10,000
  • Sell an average of 14 vehicles/month for 6 months: $15,000

Essential Duties
  • Utilize CRM, phone system, and lead management tools effectively

  • Schedule sales appointments

  • Sell or lease new and pre-owned vehicles

  • Follow sales and finance protocols at every step

  • Maintain a customer follow-up process to generate repeat and referral business

Qualifications & Experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

  • Professional appearance and work ethic

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, career-oriented individual

  • Minimum 5 years automotive sales experience; luxury brand experience preferred
