MileOne Autogroup's Mercedes-Benz Creve Coeur dealership is seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join a premier team.

As an Automotive Sales Advisor you will present features, cultivate client relationships via multiple channels, negotiate pricing, and deliver top-tier service. We offer mentoring, robust earning potential, and a supportive environment with state-of-the-art CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong initiative and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• 2+ years automotive sales or similar commission-based sales experience.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record in the last 3 years and no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of dealership vehicles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients via email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources.
• Present pricing options and negotiate pricing.
• Provide high level of customer service before and after the sale.
• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.

Automotive Sales Advisor Responsibilities

Automotive Sales Advisor Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong initiative with a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction
• 2+ years automotive sales or similar commission-based sales experience with other luxury products or pharmaceutical sales
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
• Valid Driver's License, with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 yeras
