Job summary

Enthusiast Auto Holdings (EAH) via ECS Tuning seeks a Mercedes-Benz Product Specialist to maintain product listings with correct vehicle fitment, categorization, and descriptions; ideation, onboarding, and merchandising of new products, service kits, and brands; providing product support to customer-facing teams.

The role requires on-site work in Wadsworth, OH, with a strong passion for Mercedes-Benz and solid Excel skills to support merchandising and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• Must report on site in Wadsworth, OH.
• Some Excel experience preferred.
• General computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging product detail pages for Mercedes-Benz products.
• Provide sales and after-sales support to customer-facing teams.
• Merchandise products on ECS Tuning with accurate category locations and vehicle fitments.
• Forecast projected volume and partner with S&P to ensure in-stocks.
• Maintain Mercedes-Benz OEM, aftermarket, and performance catalogs.
• Define clear sales expectations.

Among other investments, EAH has recently completed a significant facility expansion at its primary distribution center and is in the process of implementing enterprise-level ERP / WMS / OMS systems.

EAH is now seeking to strengthen the ECS Tuning team with a Mercedes-Benz Product Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining our existing product listings with correct vehicle fitment, product categorization, and product descriptions; ideation, onboarding, and merchandising of new products, service kits, and brands; providing product support to our customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• Write product detail page that is engaging and informative.
• Provide sales and after-sales support of Mercedes-Benz products for customer-facing teams.
• Attractively merchandise products on our customer-facing website with accurate category locations, vehicle fitments.
• Ensure we have accurate forecasting for projected volume, partner with S&P to ensure we have in‑stocks.
• Maintain existing Mercedes-Benz product catalog for OEM, aftermarket, and performance products.
• Define a clear sales expectation
