Position Overview

The Detailer / Recon Tech is responsible for a detailing process including washing, drying, and vacuuming client and company vehicles, among other duties. Flat rate pay structure.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and vacuum client and company vehicles
• Shine tires, clean windows, wheels, dashboards, door jams
• Park vehicles in proper locations
• Ensure security of vehicles - doors locked, windows closed
• Return keys to proper location & document initials
• Check cars for damage
• Maintain the cleanliness of the recon / wet bay area
• Understand and use specific reconditioning products/chemicals & tools
• Assist team members with their duties as needed

Requirements

• No prior experience needed; passion for cleaning cars!
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Professional and friendly personality with a passion for customer service.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background and driving record check.
