Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Mgmt, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in the construction industry with commercial/industrial projects.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing techniques.
• Working knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily field objectives, timelines and goals.
• Monitor project progress, review processes for quality and efficiency.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with specs.
• Assist with planning, cost of work, RFIs, change orders and commissioning.
• Ensure safety, QA procedures and program compliance on site.
