The MEP VDC Production Modeler is responsible for developing and advancing MEP models from engineering design through coordination and fabrication-level detail. This role bridges engineering intent and field execution by producing models that incorporate constructability, sequencing, and installation requirements. The position supports project teams by translating design information into coordinated, fabrication-ready models aligned with project scope, schedule, and delivery objectives. These models are intended to be used directly by prefabrication and field teams for installation, not solely for design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Progress models to LOD 350-400, including router, hanger placement, and coordination detail.
• Incorporate constructability, sequencing, and installation logic into models.

Pay and Benefits
