Job summary

Garver Engineering in Wichita, Kansas, seeks an MEP Team Leader to grow the Buildings practice. You will build and lead a multidisciplinary team supporting architectural clients, and you will develop regional clients for Garver's Buildings team.

You will provide engineering support spanning structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, manage projects, and coordinate with Garver colleagues across the region. Travel is required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with structural, mechanical, or electrical focus from ABET-accredited program.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in good standing.
• 5 to 15 years of building design and construction experience.
• Experience engaging with architectural clients and managing engineering aspects of building design.
• Proficient with Autodesk Revit and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a multi-discipline engineering team serving architectural clients.
• Develop regional architectural firms as Garver and Buildings Team clients.
• Provide engineering support for architectural clients (structural, mechanical, electrical).
• Manage projects and deliver discipline-specific design.
• Coordinate with internal teams across Garver's regional footprint; travel as needed.
