Scott Humphrey Corporation in Dallas–Fort Worth seeks an experienced Superintendent with a strong MEP background for aviation and complex commercial construction projects. This hands-on field leadership role coordinates mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades to keep installations moving safely and on schedule.

You will lead MEP coordination from planning through startup, review drawings, manage subcontractors, and maintain quality and safety on site while advancing project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP coordination on aviation or complex commercial builds.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multi-trade coordination.
• Experience with scheduling, inspections, startup, and commissioning.
• Field leader who takes ownership and delivers results.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP field coordination from planning through startup, commissioning and turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, sequence installations, and keep crews on schedule milestones.
• Lead daily meetings to review priorities, safety, trade coordination, and upcoming work.
• Resolve conflicts between MEP systems, structural components, and architectural finishes.
• Review drawings and coordinate with the project team to resolve issues before they hold up work.
• Maintain quality standards and a safe, organized jobsite.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning with subcontractors and the project team.

We’re working with a Dallas General Contractor looking for an experienced Superintendent with a strong MEP background for aviation and complex commercial construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

This is a hands‑on field leadership role for someone who knows how to coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades, work through field challenges, and keep installations moving safely and on schedule. You’ll join a well‑established contractor with a strong project pipeline and opportunities to grow.
