HITT Contracting seeks an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead startup and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. You will coordinate bids, procurement, and scheduling to align with contract documents and project timelines.
Ideal candidates bring a four-year degree or equivalent experience, 4 years in MEP construction, and 3 years in mission critical or hospital projects. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

MEP Superintendent
The MEP Superintendent’s role is to coordinate and manage all activities related to the construction startup and commissioning of the mechanical, electrical, and control systems in accordance with the contract documents and project schedule.
In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, section RCW 49.58.110, the base salary range for this position is:
$99,000.00 - $150,700.00
Compensation in other cities and states may vary. The determination of salary is based on the candidate’s individual professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.
