Join a forward-thinking engineering consultancy to develop detailed 3D Revit models across MEP systems and produce precise construction drawings. Candidates should have 3-7 years’ experience in MEP design, advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP), and strong collaboration skills. The role involves close coordination with engineering teams and supports BIM standards and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years’ experience in MEP design/drafting within engineering or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing, electrical).
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, CSA, CEC, building codes).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D Revit models across MEP systems.
• Produce accurate construction drawings and coordinated design packages.
• Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, and engineering teams.
