Job summary

B.L. Harbert International, LLC is seeking a MEP QC professional to support the QC Manager, Project Manager and Superintendent in managing and administering MEP/FP operations on major projects.

Responsibilities include evaluating subcontractors, supervising MEP inspections, coordinating design reviews, and ensuring proper submittals and calibration records are maintained to meet project standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• 5 years of formal training and experience on industrial, commercial, or federal projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and controls systems.
• Ability to interact with project team, clients, subcontractors and craft employees.

Responsibilities

• Assess sub-contractors' capabilities to meet project quality requirements.
• Oversee MEP inspection and testing activities.
• Assist with design reviews and code conformance on Design-Build projects.
• Manage the MEP & FP submittal process.
• Maintain calibration records and turnover documentation.
