Job summary

Crete United is seeking an MEP Project Manager to drive the success of customer projects from initiation through completion in Oglesby, IL. You will define scope, develop schedules and budgets, and ensure deliverables meet cost, time, scope and quality targets while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field, 3–5+ years in project management, and PMP certification or commitment to obtain within 12 months.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or commitment to obtain within 12 months.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in industrial installation.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Documents baseline for projects and decomposes complex work into manageable components.
• Identifies resource requirements and coordinates with staff to ensure successful completion, managing costs, schedules, and quality.
• Performs ongoing review of project status and implements risk mitigation solutions.
• Manages scope and change control; escalates issues early to management.
• Interfaces with stakeholders to manage changes to technical requirements, scope, cost, and schedule.
• Assists with RFP reviews and leads teams for technical elements, scheduling, and price estimates.
• Provides weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reporting on project performance.
