Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, scheduling, and cost management.
• Proficiency with project management software and job cost forecasting tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, controls).
• Translate design intent into executable construction strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, owners, vendors, consultants and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve constructability issues, design conflicts, and system integration challenges.
• Support preconstruction activities including budgeting, procurement planning, sequencing, and scheduling.
