Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead projects through the full life cycle, from preconstruction to commissioning. The role requires coordinating with trade partners, OFCI vendors, and commissioning agents across multiple sectors to ensure integrated MEP systems.

The ideal candidate will manage commissioning activities, review submittals, and drive quality assurance while collaborating with internal teams and owners’ representatives to deliver best-in-class

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience managing relationships with owners' representatives, architects, engineers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents and advise on MEP scope implications.
• Review MEP submittals and shop drawings for alignment with project documents.
• Implement Brasfield & Gorrie quality and commissioning processes across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and lead equipment pre-energization inspections for sign-off and acceptance.
• Develop and manage the commissioning schedule with trade partners and vendors.
• Lead internal and client meetings on design, schedule, procurement, and safety.
• Mentor project staff and collaborate with design and construction teams.
