The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture with 7+ years of PM experience, strong client-facing communication, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management for commercial, mixed-use, or sports facility projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of building systems design and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams from inception to completion for large commercial, mixed-use projects and sports facilities.
• Develop and implement project work plans, budgets, and schedules; obtain management/client approval.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding project status, quality, and deliverables.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee design coordination for building systems and ensure codes and standards compliance.
• Address change management promptly and professionally.
• Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, and budget; prepare cost and schedule reports.
• Support business development including proposals and presentations for major sports and mixed-use projects.
