Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Project Manager in San Diego, CA to lead HVAC, plumbing and process projects from estimating through execution and billing. You will develop strong client relationships, manage project sales, and coordinate field labor with field leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a related field (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of mechanical PM experience, handling projects from 50k to 25m.

As a PM on our team, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, managing HVAC/plumbing/process project sales, and coordinating field labor in partnership with field leadership. They oversee all aspects of project management from estimating and budgeting to execution and billing - while ensuring strong communication with both internal teams and external clients.
