Job summary

Jobot in California seeks a seasoned Project Manager to develop client relationships and drive HVAC/plumbing/process project sales. You will coordinate field labor with field leadership and oversee all PM activities—from estimating and budgeting to execution and billing—maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients.

The role requires 5+ years of mechanical PM experience and HVAC project exposure across a wide range of project sizes.

Qualifications

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of mechanical project management experience.
• Experience with HVAC projects ranging from 50k-25m.

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year

We specialize in the full lifecycle of HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, process piping, and automation systems—from design and fabrication to installation and maintenance. By keeping all key services in-house, we deliver efficient, cost‑effective solutions tailored to each client’s technical and operational needs.

As a PM on our team, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, managing HVAC/plumbing/process project sales, and coordinating field labor in partnership with field leadership. You will oversee all aspects of project management—from estimating and budgeting to execution and billing—while ensuring strong communication with both internal teams and external clients.
