Job Title: Project Manager - Data Center (MEP)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Position Overview:

Our Data Center focused client is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee complex data center projects within the MEP industry. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, and client expectations in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. Clear and consistent communication between sub-teams and clients is an integral part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP scopes for data center projects from concept through completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee design development, permitting, procurement, and construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in the MEP industry, with a strong focus on data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, technically complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
• PMP certification or PE license is a plus.
