Job summary

Alston Construction is seeking an MEP Assistant Superintendent in Dallas, Texas, to support field operations for mission-critical projects. The role involves supervising construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, and assisting in project delivery for technically complex infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including medium voltage distribution.
• OSHA 30-hour Safety Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Superintendent in supervising field operations.
• Coordinate daily construction activities among subcontractors.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor safety and work quality.
• Lead daily morning huddles and support trade coordination meetings.
• Assist in implementing the Last Planner System.
