A leading real estate development firm in South Carolina seeks an MEP Project Manager to oversee quality control in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and construction. The role involves developing scope documents, facilitating subcontractor negotiations, and providing leadership during construction. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with 5-8 years of relevant experience and robust knowledge of field commissioning and project management. Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in construction or mechanical/electrical commissioning.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC for field reviews.
• Comfortable using common field testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan MEP systems interrelationships and project schedule.
• Validate design issues and suggest alternative solutions.
• Liaison with Consultant MEP Engineers and Inspectors.
