As MEP Program & Client Leadership Lead, you will combine executive program oversight, client relationship management, business development, and market leadership to expand our impact across Southern California. This is an opportunity to influence major projects, strengthen key accounts, support high-performing teams, and help grow Glumac's presence in healthcare, education, advanced manufacturing, commercial, and other priority markets.
The MEP Program & Client Leadership Lead will serve as a senior client executive and program leader for a portfolio of strategic contracts and initiatives. The role will provide oversight of project delivery, financial performance, contracts, risk, pursuits, and client satisfaction while supporting Project Managers and technical teams across multiple offices and disciplines. The ideal candidate brings strong MEP consulting credibility, a proven record of winning work, and the executive presence to build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
This position offers a hybrid work environment, with a requirement of two in-office days per week in our San Diego CA office. All candidates must be located in and eligible to work in the U.S.
Salary Range: $180,000-$220,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the compensation scale for this role. Actual salaries will be determined based on location, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications. This salary range is just one component of Glumac's total compensation package, which includes benefits, professional development opportunities, and additional incentives.
