Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a qualified individual to manage preconstruction phases and oversee on-site security operations in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will possess at least 18 years of experience in construction management and engineering, have excellent negotiation and client relationship skills, and be well-versed in project scheduling. The salary range is estimated between $215,000 and $275,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training, experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee on-site security operations and team.
• Develop and implement security procedures for staff and visitors.
• Lead and manage preconstruction phases of multiple projects.
