Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in estimating, design management or field management.
• MEP (HVAC/Plumbing) and/or Electrical preconstruction with a contractor.
• Experience on Mission Critical projects (3+ years).
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel, take-off tools, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit bids and estimates in a timely manner.
• Develop complete quantity take-offs to build estimates.
• Assist with execution plans and win strategies.
• Prepare thorough, well-annotated estimates and proposals.
• Solicit and manage subcontractors and vendors during preconstruction.
• Participate in bid reviews, design meetings and client outreach.
