Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry knowledge of mechanical and plumbing.
• 6+ years of experience with estimating strategies and construction contracts.
• 8+ years of proficiency in engineering, technology, principles, procedures, and equipment.
• 6+ years of proven success in delivering preconstruction services.
• Open to 25%-50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preconstruction services by developing a trusted advisor relationship.
• Actively track and manage project scope and budget trends.
• Implement preconstruction strategies that lead to increased opportunities.
• Identify and document the construction plan with project execution team.
• Support business development proposals and pursuits.
• Foster a strong safety culture and promote collaboration and teamwork.
